To apply for a position with the Castalia team, please forward the following to James Endres (Sydney), Ben Gerritsen (Wellington) or DC Recruitment (Washington, DC):
- A one page letter stating why you want to work at Castalia, and why you think you would be a valuable addition to our team
- Your curriculum vitae, presented in our prescribed format (use the attached example as a template)
- Your university transcripts
- An example of written work you have produced recently, which demonstrates your analytic and writing ability.
We emphasize professionalism and excellence in both the presentation and content of our work. All of the documents listed above must be included and formatted correctly for your application to be considered.
If your initial application is successful we will ask you to complete a set of exercises, as well as several interviews.
