Analyst and Manager Positions
Castalia is currently seeking analysts and managers for our offices in Sydney, Wellington, and Washington, DC.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent research and analytical skills (financial modelling skills an advantage), as well as an ability to apply theory to real world problems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and oral), including a good client manner
- Professionalism and self-motivation, including an ability to:
- Work well in cross-cultural environments (second language an advantage)
- Work well in a team
- Accept and learn from constructive criticism
- Take initiative while working with limited supervision
- Take professional “ownership” of the work being undertaken
- Willingness to travel as required
- At least 2 years experience in a professional environment
- An Honours, Masters or double degree in micro-economics, finance, operations research, or engineering. Castalia will consider candidates from other disciplines who can demonstrate exceptional academic ability and drive, and who have a keen interest in building their skills in economics and finance.
