David Ehrhardt—Investors in infrastructure assets often call on David to help assess risk and value in infrastructure investment opportunities. In the Philippines, David has advised bidders on more than US$10 billion of transactions for generation investments, including Mirant's Sual and Pagbilao assets. In New Zealand, he advised a bidder for the former Edison Mission Energy unit—one of the country's largest electricity generator/retailers. High profile clients include AES, Guy Hands (then of Nomura's Principle Finance Group, now of Terra Firma), IFC, and JP Morgan.

Alex Sundakov—Alex works extensively with blue-chip infrastructure investors in Asia and the Pacific. He has recently worked on a series of electricity transactions in the Philippines for AES and helped to identify opportunities for a US$300 million private equity fund to invest in renewable energy assets throughout Asia. Alex has advised Babcock and Brown Infrastructure on its investments in New Zealand, and recently advised Macquarie Bank on transaction to purchase an electricity distribution network with annual revenues of US$120 million.

Nils Janson—Nils advises private investors, financial institutions and governments on transactions to sell, acquire or finance assets in the energy and water sectors. He has conducted due diligence for a proposed US$1 billion loan to a water company in Argentina, a proposed US$500 million loan to an electricity distribution company in Brazil, and the sale of a water company and sewerage company in Saint Lucia. High profile clients include the World Bank, the Interamerican Development Bank, AES, the International Finance Corporation, and one of the largest private companies in Guatemala.
